This is a place to share thoughts and ideas on how to improve workplaces. I want to hear from employees, business leaders and anyone who wants to learn about how to make work better.

This article takes a look at how tools like Yammer and Crane can be used to foster a strong corporate culture in the digital world.  20% of the world is telecommuting now so finding tools to help protect and foster the corporate culture is more and more important.

I’ve been looking into this more lately with the rise of SaaS (Software as a Service) Social Networks for enterprises and I’m unsure how well they work.  I’ve never used one personally but there are some great videos on YouTube that show how these products work and I think they have lots of potential.
